Guest Bedroom and Bathroom

Design Times 3 finished the guest bedroom and bathroom for our clients and we love the way it turned out. The clients wanted it to be hotel spa like. I think we hit the mark. The room was their youngest sons room and he recently moved out and now they wanted it to be their guest room. They could not believe the before and after.

We just finished a master bedroom retreat for a wonderful couple. They are some of the nicest people that we could have asked to work for. Shaunna and Darla went and did a home event at one of the local Steinmart stores and has a drawing for a free consultation and this couple won the prize. Shaunna went and met with the clients for the consultation and they loved her ideas and they wanted Design Times 3 to re-do their master bedroom and bathroom. They loved how the room turned out and we are now in the process of working on their guest room and guest bath.

Definition of Services

Design consultation/Space planning: Designer goes to home to discuss the services needed with client. Designer will assess the client's needs and will make suggestions accordingly. We will provide a written estimate that will be rendered. Once estimate is agreed upon scheduling for services will be confirmed.

Design and Merchandising: An inventory will be taken of the said room(s) of furniture and accessories that may be used in the re-design. At that time we will consult with the client if any additional items need to be purchased. At this point we will discuss styles and color palettes.

Organizing: Work with client to go through organizational problem areas within your home. Together designer and client will work to streamline spaces to make functional for everyday living. Client will be responsible for removing unwanted items.

Event Planning/Holiday Decorating: Decorate for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversary parties, and Christmas decorations.

Staging: Designer will work with you or your realtor to stage your home or rental property to help sale or rent your property.

Cleaning: Our cleaning services are thorough, consistent and customized. If you want us to skip a certain room, we do it. If you want a special service, just let us know. On every visit, your our team will dust, vacuum, washe and sanitize each room. Using our equipment we will clean from left to right, top to bottom, so no detail is overlooked.

Design Consultation.............. $100.00 for the first hour, each additional hour is $50.00 with a 1
hour minimum
Re-Design.............................. $75.00 an hour with a 4 hour minimum
Shopping................................ $40.00 per hour
Organizing............................. $75.00 an hour
Event Design......................... $75.00 an hour
Staging................................. $75.00 an hour with a 4 hour minimum
Painting.................................. Price upon estimate

Past Projects

This is a project that I worked on that was done in an Avante Guard style. The colors were a marigold yellow, pewter and a cream. The pops of yellow added such depth to the overall home.
